The Horadric Cube has made endgame crafting far more demanding. Once you start adjusting affixes or pushing a Unique Power towards its best roll, materials disappear quickly. Keep an eye on your Raw, Coarse, Refined, Pure, Volatile, Enhanced, and Attuned Primordial Dust, and do not overlook the eight Tuning Prism types. A sensible farming loop, backed by spare D4 items, saves a great deal of downtime between upgrades.

Build Around the Materials You Actually Need

Attuned Dust deserves special attention if Unique gear is your priority. It is tied to improving Unique Power percentages, so a poor supply can leave a nearly finished build stuck for hours. For regular material income, Escalating Nightmare Dungeons remain the safest all-purpose choice. Use the Amalgamation recipe to turn five ordinary Sigils into one Escalation Sigil, then shape your War Plan before entering. Branching Pathways matters because extra route choices let you hunt for Materials Reserve, which adds more Horadric Chests during the run.

Choose Materials Reserve whenever it appears.
Take Fearless Conviction, Gauntlet, and Nemesis when farming Attuned Dust.
Run the highest Torment level you can clear without slowing down.

Make Attuned Dust Runs Count

The Conviction setup rewards clean play. Fearless Conviction builds stacks as Elites and Champions fall, but incoming damage can reduce that progress. Gauntlet gives the plan its real value: enemies defeated during a Shrine effect can return when the effect ends. Nemesis adds more Elites around each Shrine, creating busy encounters with better chest rewards. Do not automatically choose Torment 12. A quick, controlled Torment 10 run can beat a slow, stressful run at the cap.

Use Kurast When Prisms Run Dry

Kurast Undercity is the better answer when one Prism type is blocking a recipe or your Raw Dust pile is low. Greater Tributes of Ingenuity are worth saving, and five Lesser or Normal Tributes can be combined into one. At the Spirit Brazier, use a Bargain that matches the material you need. The Gutter Filth node can also call in a Portal Prankster after a Beacon is activated. These treasure goblins may provide roughly 2,000 to 4,000 Raw Dust, plus Attuned Dust and Prisms. Even after reaching full Attunement, clear every Beacon before taking the boss.

Fill the Gaps With Helltide and Whispers

When Sigils or Ingenuity Tributes are scarce, Helltide keeps the supply moving. The Blood Maiden event is especially efficient with a group: spend Hearts at the Accursed Altar, defeat her, and repeat while other players keep the event active. Add Whisper objectives whenever they overlap with Helltide, Undercity, or Nightmare Dungeon routes. Whisper Caches can contain useful Primordial Dust, though they are too random to justify as a sole farming plan. Keep these activities rolling and your Cube should have enough fuel for the next crafting session, with cheap D4 items available when you need to round out a build.
