Lamar Jackson and offseason workouts don't exactly go together too well, and as the began OTAs under the guidance of new head coach Je se Minter, Lamar was a no-show. Now, at this stage of the offseason, it is voluntary, so many didn't expect Jackson to be in attendance, but others think it would have been a good look because it is a new head coach, a new offensive coordinator, and some other new faces. So, there could be some cause for concern, right? Having your franchise Jorian Donovan Jersey leader be a no-show as the new regime gets started? Well, Minter isn't too bothered. "Lamars been one of our leaders of the offseason program, and he had a couple things going on yesterday and today, and I do expect him to be back soon," Minter said via . "Weve had some great conversations. I know when hes going to be back and again, Ill probably leave those between me and Lamar." Now, would it be ideal for Jackson to show up in support of the new regime and to get a head start on the new system and everything else? Sure, but there's plenty of time for that. Still, this doesn't sit well with others, given the pre sure Lamar is under to deliver succe s to Baltimoreand the changes on the offensive side of the ball, so getting acclimated as quickly as po sible will only meangood things down the line.
