Cleveland has taken chances on players in recent years, sometimes looking to revive careers or add talent in situations that come with risk. Wa sel thinks the Deshaun Watson situation could be similar, though there are obvious differences. Obviously, the Browns have been well known for reclamation projects that have not gone so well.
